(Numbers aren't super dead on since it's buff and talent dependent and you might not have all your buffs/talents while you level, but they're good estimates.) The hit works out to be about 3.4% at level 70, which is amazing for threat gen since most leveling gear lacks hit. That's about ~700 health for bears and ~700 for paladins, and ~600 for warriors and DKs.
